Our mission: NADEUM stands for the implementation of sustainable ideas through partnership-based project work. Our goal is to strengthen African community-based organisations (CBOs) and self-help groups (SHGs) through expertise, training and strategic planning. We build bridges between local initiatives in the Global South and international investors.

Our core competencies:

• Project development and training: Transfer of know-how for the creation of impact-oriented project plans to enable international funding.
• Support and advice: We support local organisations from concept to implementation, with a focus on ownership and impact.
• Transparent impact measurement: Clear structures, monitoring and evaluation of project progress.
• Thematic priorities: Education, youth development, climate resilience, water and food security, women’s empowerment.
