UNESCO2011 ISCED 1-8 knowledge levels

Amodu Amugilu Destiny Koroma has set itself the task of establishing a NADEUM network in WEST AFRICA and to publicise the vision of NADEUM that all Africans, regardless of their origin and status, through the idea of ACAPMUSSC-MYC, which is committed to the UNESCO2011 ISCED 1-8 knowledge levels, and, if adopted by the AU (African Union), to bring it closer to all stakeholders.

ACAPMUSSC_MYC

Amodu Amugilu Destiny Koroma has made it his mission to establish a NADEUM network in West Africa and spread the NADEUM vision. This vision is that all Africans, regardless of their origin or status, should have access to the ACAPMUSSC-MYC knowledge levels.

ACAPMUSSC-MYC is based on the UNESCO guideline that every country has committed to adopting the 2011 UNESCO knowledge levels (ISCED 1–8) as soon as possible and aligning its school system accordingly.

NGO RPG-Africa. (RPG_Africa)

Mr Amudo is also the founder of the Sierra Leone-registered national NGO RPG-Africa.

Through this NGO, he has set himself the goal of enabling young girls and women to have a more peaceful future. He will lead the ACAPMUSSC_MYC project, which was developed by the NADEUM headquarters in Vienna in line with the European knowledge development project ERASMUS+ and elaborated with the African NADEUM members.


First step

NADEUM Vienna submitted the ACAPMUSSC_MYC petition to the Ethiopian Minister of Knowledge and Economy in the second quarter of 2025.

Second step

When the next stage, the rollout of the ACAPMUSSC_MYC project within the African Union, takes place, he will act as ambassador for this project within the West African states.


Third step

He will explain this idea in more detail to all responsible school authorities and support them in implementing this knowledge development programme, which is intended to accompany children from birth to the age of 30.
