As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre (SLTTC), I am pleased to present this brief overview of our institution and its mission to partners, donors, and stakeholders in the global development and technology space.
The SLTTC was founded to address a critical gap in technology education, digital inclusion, and workforce development in Sierra Leone. Our vision is to establish a center of excellence where youth, professionals, and institutions can access practical, high-impact digital training, cyber security awareness, and innovation resources that equip them for the 21st-century economy.
We seek international collaboration to scale our impact and promote a digitally empowered society across Sierra Leone.

Sierra Leone faces a significant digital divide, with limited access to quality ICT education, poor infrastructure, and a lack of structured opportunities for youth to learn and apply technological skills. - To strengthen the digital capacity of at least 10 NGOs and government departments.
- To develop local tech entrepreneurs and provide incubation for startups.
- To promote cyber security awareness and safe internet practices nationwide.

As we scale our operations, we are actively seeking international partnerships in the form of:
- Technical expertise and curriculum development

- Institutional collaborations for joint research or pilot projects
- Volunteer programs and academic exchanges
We welcome dialogue with academic institutions, donor agencies, development organizations, diaspora networks, and technology companies who share our mission.
