- When it comes to data transfers, Google Meets has proven to be completely reliable.
- Initially, we used other platforms that we hoped would also be free of charge. However, these proved to be inefficient and incompatible in African countries, where the internet is not as well developed as in the northern countries of the world.
- In Africa, US companies clearly have the upper hand in our hemisphere. They either provide the satellite infrastructure or build the IT masts. Although some African countries are turning to the BRICS countries, they prefer the quality of US IT.

(5) General Organisational structure
- 🏗️ What is a ‘general organisational structure’?
- The ‘general organisational structure’ describes the basic structure of a project, company or organisation. It shows who has which tasks, who reports to whom and how responsibilities are distributed.
- You can think of it like a house:
- The roof represents the highest decision-making level (e.g. board of directors).
- The load-bearing walls are the management (e.g. executive management, project management).
- The rooms below are the various departments (e.g. finance, IT, training).
- The people in the house are the employees who do the day-to-day work (e.g. trainers, technicians, administration).

How many migrants come from other states?
After NADEUM wanted to get involved in Kenya, it came across the UNHCR Camp I-IV in Kakuma. There it recruited the DRC migrants André and Kiza, the Sudanese Barnaba and Makram and the Kenyan Denis as members. All three want a life that they can live. NADEUM imparts knowledge and helps to realise projects. In this way, NADEUM also tries to better understand the African soul.
