01 Ibrahim Lebbie – Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Biography:

Ibrahim Lebbie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre; a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering youth and institutions through digital education and innovation. With a strong background in web development, cyber security awareness, and digital media, Ibrahim has become a leading advocate for technology-driven development in Sierra Leone. He has previously worked with NGOs such as Rescue Perishing Generation Africa and holds collaborative experience with international tech partners, including Mercy (UMC) Hospital and NADEUM Austria. Ibrahim is known for his leadership, vision, and deep commitment to digital inclusion.

02 Amodu Amugili Destiny Koroma – Project Manager

Biography:

Amodu Amugili Destiny Koroma is the Project Manager at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre. With extensive experience in program leadership, team coordination, and strategic development, Destiny oversees all aspects of project execution — from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting. His leadership ensures that the center’s activities align with its core mission of empowering youth through technology and innovation. Destiny brings a results-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Sierra Leone’s development landscape. He has successfully led cross-functional teams and managed donor-funded initiatives in education, youth empowerment, and digital literacy.

03 Mabel Tucker – Project Coordinator

Biography:

Mabel Tucker is the Project Coordinator at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning, implementation, and coordination of all project activities. With a solid background in project management and community development, Mabel ensures that project goals are met efficiently and in alignment with the canter’s mission to empower youth through technology. She brings a strong track record of coordinating cross-sectoral teams, managing timelines, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries. Her leadership is vital in ensuring timely delivery, accountability, and impact.

04 Vandi Sesay – Field Coordinator

Biography:

Vandi Sesay is a Field Coordinator at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre, where he plays a key role in managing community-based activities and ensuring the effective delivery of training programs in various field locations. With a strong background in grassroots mobilization, field supervision, and youth engagement, Vandi acts as a vital bridge between the project team and the communities they serve. He is highly skilled in coordinating field logistics, building local partnerships, and providing real-time feedback to strengthen program delivery. His local insight and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the Centre’s mission of inclusive digital empowerment.

05 Morie B. Swaray – Field Coordinator

Biography:

Morie B. Swaray is the Field Coordinator at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre, where he plays a vital role in supervising and supporting field-level operations. With a strong background in community engagement, grassroots mobilization, and field logistics, Morie ensures that project activities are effectively implemented at the local level and that community voices are integrated into program delivery. He is known for his ability to navigate complex field environments, build trust with local stakeholders, and provide real-time feedback to strengthen project outcomes.

06 Mabinty D. Sesay – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Biography:

Mabinty D. Sesay serves as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre, where she is responsible for tracking progress, evaluating impact, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all project activities. With a passion for transparency and accountability, Mabinty contributes significantly to the Centre’s ability to measure success and adapt strategies for improved results. Her analytical mindset, combined with field experience and knowledge of digital data tools, enables her to gather reliable information, assess outcomes, and provide actionable insights for the management team.

07 Albert Demby – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Biography:

Albert Demby serves as the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre. With a strong background in data management, project monitoring, and results-based reporting, Albert plays a critical role in ensuring that the center’s programs are impactful, accountable, and continuously improving. His work helps guide strategic decisions by using evidence-based assessments to measure outcomes and identify areas for growth.

08 Isata Veronica Demby – ICT Instructor & Digital Skills Trainer

Biography:

Isata Veronica Demby serves as an ICT Instructor and Digital Skills Trainer at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre. A passionate educator and tech advocate, Isata is committed to equipping youth and underserved communities with practical technology skills that empower them for employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation. With a background in information technology and a strong understanding of digital tools, she delivers engaging training sessions in areas such as computer literacy, internet safety, and basic coding. She also mentors female students, encouraging greater participation of women and girls in the tech sector.

09 Ibrahim Kororma – Driver & Logistics Support

Biography:

Ibrahim Kororma serves as the Driver and Logistics Support Officer at the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre. With over a decade of experience in professional driving and transportation logistics, Ibrahim ensures the safe and timely movement of personnel, equipment, and materials across project locations. His role is vital to the smooth operation of field activities, training sessions, and community outreach events. Known for his reliability, discipline, and familiarity with both urban and rural terrains in Sierra Leone, Ibrahim also assists in basic logistics and supports the field team in transporting tools, documents, and ICT equipment.
