SLLTC-Our Mission & Our Vision

Welcome to the Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre (SLTTC)

Empowering the next generation with digital skills and innovation.

(1) HISTORY OF THE (SLTTC)

The Sierra Leone Technology Training Centre (SLTTC) was founded in 2025 with a bold vision: to equip young people, institutions, government officials and rural communities in Sierra Leone with the digital skills they need to thrive in today’s technology-driven world.

Born out of a deep desire to bridge the digital gap and tackle youth unemployment, SLTTC was established by Ibrahim Lebbie, a visionary tech advocate and community leader. The idea took shape through the work of Rescue Perishing Generation Africa and was brought to life under the direction of the NADEUM Austria.

With strong support from both local and international partners, SLTTC launched its first one-year training program focused on technology awareness, cyber security, digital entrepreneurship, and practical ICT skills.

Since its founding, SLTTC has become a symbol of progress and opportunity—empowering the next generation of innovators, tech leaders, and digital citizens in Sierra Leone.
